How can I help you? 👥

Hello Reader,

A client did something super mean and mentioned—after I nudged them to talk about their services in their email newsletter—that they hadn’t seen me do so in quite some time. 🤨

Whoops, this is 100 percent true. I hate it when my own advice gets repeated back to me—it’s the worst, right?

Here’s how I can help you:

  • Develop your framework/model. This is essential if you’re at that weird middle place where you’re busy but have some bigger aspirations. Frameworks drive your marketing, services, and can be a powerful piece of intellectual property. (We were able to secure the trademark for mine, which is pretty exciting and opens a lot of doors.) Learn more about frameworks here and also here.
  • Package your services/offers. Listen, developing your product ladder is HARD. I do this as a core part of my work and even I have leaned on other experts on this very thing when I’ve needed to revamp my services. It’s wild what we miss when we’re in it every single day. This is especially critical if you’re thinking of moving from an exclusively done for you model to mixing in an advisory or strategy offer.
  • Get found online. I’ve talked a lot recently about how most folks do not put enough emphasis on the top level of their marketing ecosystem, Discovery. A smart SEO and content strategy solves that very real problem. I offer packages of all sizes, including a "secret menu" mini intensive for search funnel content planning, and as one of my recent clients said, “make all this SEO stuff so doable and not at all scary.”
  • Access a strategic mind, when you need it. I offer both one-time and ongoing strategic consulting for my fellow business owners. Doing it alone is doing business on hard mode—trust me, I used to try and it wasn’t great. You can book that as a one-time option here—reach out if you're interested in ongoing 1:1s.
  • Learn more about marketing. I’ve got a plethora of free resources, as well as some great paid options as well. I’m on a continual mission to demystify and de-gatekeep marketing knowledge. This newsletter is some of my best stuff (read the archives here, but don’t forget my blog! There’s loads of great info there, especially if you’re early in your business journey. If you’re looking for something you can always reply to this or another email or zip me a DM on Instagram and I’ll point you in the right direction.

You should know: regardless of the scope of our collaboration, I don’t withhold knowledge in pursuit of nudging you into another service or rung on the ladder.

Whether you book a one time consultation or work with me for a year, I bring all my tools to the conversation. This is one of my core values as a human, and I think in the current landscape it’s important to say that explicitly. Sure, what we can accomplish varies, but you never get “Sarah Lite” when you work with me.

If any of this piques your interest, just hit reply and I’ll send you a link to my form that helps keep my records nice and tidy and we’ll go from there with a Zoom, email, or Voxer chat. Or you can bypass my inbox and fill out that form here.

In the spirit of paying it forward, I’m also going to challenge you to remind your audience what you do and how you can help them.

It’s not creepy and salesy—if someone has an issue with you talking—a business owner—talking about your business, that’s truly an issue with them, not you. I highly doubt you or anyone else reading this email is spamming people with sketchy sales techniques.

Set a deadline of doing so by, let’s say, January 15. Feel free to adapt this format if you like it. Let me know how it goes. (Seriously, tell me! I love hearing about people's wins!)

Talk soon,

Sarah
