Does this course cover schema/page speed/no-indexing/some other specific thing? Squarespace SEO Hacks covers a number of smaller topics like schema, page speed, and no-indexing. HOWEVER! I want you to remember that there are over 200 ranking factors that go into your SEO picture, so on thing won't be the tipping point for you. If you've got you SEO pretty much handled and just have questions about a couple of specific items, you may be better off booking a 1:1 with me instead. You can also send me an email to ask about topic—as always, I promise to give you an honest answer. I'm a designer, can I use this info in my clients' sites? Yes, please do! I pepper the course with a few tips for designers as well. You'll find that expert knowledge of SEO will make you more competitive for great projects and allow you to raise your fees as well. All I ask is that you not turn this into materials for resell, that's not okay and I hope you know why. What additions and updates are planned for Squarespace SEO Hacks? I'm currently taking suggestions inside the course, but right now I have some key additions planned:
How much interaction with you will there be in the course? This is a self-paced course, however, my adult learning advisor has helped me set up an interactive Q&A portion of the course so you can ask questions that become part of the curriculum. Cool, right? Additionally, you can always book a 1:1 with me if you need my eyes on your site—there's a discounted session option available at check out, but just reach out if you decide at a later date you'd like to schedule one. What's the skill level of this course? This is designed to be a more sophisticated course. That doesn't mean you need to be techy, but if you only want the basics and nothing else, this is not the right course for you. I designed it to be different from the other excellent Squarespace SEO courses out there. Is this for Squarespace 7.1 or 7.0? This is a course exclusively using Squarespace 7.1. If you're planning an upgrade to 7.1, you may prefer the bundle that includes my technical SEO courses as well. Please consider upgrading your site if you're still on 7.0. I'm happy to offer referrals for support in this effort, just email me! I don't use Squarespace, can this help me? In general no. You'd likely be better off enrolling in one of my other SEO courses or Summer of SEO. The only exception would be if you're a designer looking to learn Squarespace in general and you'd like to also learn the SEO side of things with this course. How long will I have access to the course? I always promise access for at least one year. When does enrollment close? Enrollment closes for this round at midnight Pacific on April 16. So enroll by April 15. When will the course open again? We're aiming for July, but the date isn't locked in yet. Will the price be the same in July? No. We're adding additional content, so the price will increase. I have another question! Simply email me by hitting reply or come to the live session on Monday.
